Drift With SiR & ScHoolboy Q In “Something Foreign”

One of Top Dawg Entertainment’s latest signees SiR imbues each track with an unparalleled soul. The Inglewood-bred artist has built a dedicated following with Her and Her Too, with even more smooth content on the way.

“Something Foreign” recruits fellow TDE member ScHoolboy Q for a true late night vibe. The two sway over piano-led production from Saxon, allowing listeners to get lost in a blissful experience. Director Jack Begert builds upon the ominous atmosphere to bring the track to life. SiR also hints at his next release slated to arrive on January 19.

SiR will also be heading on tour with Miguel and Nonchalant Savant in the new year. Check out the video for “Something Foreign” and his upcoming tour dates below.

SiR Joins TDE Roster, Shares “Ooh Nah Nah” Featuring Masego

If you’ve been listening to TDE at all lately, chances are you’ve come across the silky voice of SiR. Following his appearances on Jay Rock‘s 90059, Isaiah Rashad‘s The Sun’s Tirade, and Little Simz‘s Stillness in Wonderland, the Inglewood artist officially announced that he has joined the TDE family.

While we await his Her Too project, SiR has teamed up with Trap House Jazz innovator Masego for a sultry collab. SiR delivers his passionate croons over a slow-burning instrumental, topped with a start-and-stop verse Masego. Keep a close eye on both talents as their continue to blossom in the new year.

Stream “Ooh Nah Nah” below, revisit Her, and expect Her Too on February 10.

SiR Shares A Weekend Soundtrack, ‘Her’

SiR is setting the mood with his latest EP, Her. The six-track collection captivates listeners with his alluring vocals fit for those late night sessions. Creating a seductive atmosphere with his refined sound, the Inglewood artist demonstrates his progression with R&B tales of love. SiR also taps Big K.R.I.T. for a verse on the opening track, sweetened by production from the likes of D.K. The Punisher, Andre Harris, and Chris Dave. SiR guides listeners with his suave vocals through a series of tempestuous soundscapes, culminating in one of my favorite projects of the year.
