Fresh off touring with SZA and SminoRavyn Lenae has continued to be a fan favorite in Chicago and beyond. The singer-songwriter resonates like an old soul with a fresh twist through her decadent vocal work, highlighted in 2016’s Moon Shoes EP and the Midnight Moonlight EP from last spring.

To keep the momentum going, Ravyn is back with her latest project titled Crush. The five-track EP was executively produced by Steve Lacy of The Internet, who also appears on two songs “Computer Luv” and “4 Leaf Clover.” Ravyn and Steve build upon the rampant success of lead single “Sticky” with more funk-filled goodness for your ears. Their chemistry permeates throughout, leaving listeners entranced by bursts of disco and grooves sure to have you dancing along.

As Noname‘s Telefone Tour comes to a close, Chicago’s blossoming crooner Ravyn Lenae is back with a new collection of tunes. The Midnight Moonlight EP follows Ravyn’s breakout Moon Shoes EP, guiding listeners on an ethereal trip with her lush vocals and bouncy production from monte booker. The Zero Fatigue singer channels a warm atmosphere throughout the project, placing her talents in the spotlight.

Ravyn Lenae Returns With Visuals For “Sleep Talking”

If you aren’t following Ravyn Lenae already, now’s the perfect time to start. The Chicagoan crooner has continued to carve her own sound with the likes of SminoJean Deaux, and Monte Booker under the Zero Fatigue collective, topped off with recent appearances on Noname‘s Telefone and Saba‘s Bucket List Project.

Fresh off touring with HONNE and Sahar Habibi, Ravyn has returned with the video for one of the tracks from her Moon Shoes EP, “Sleep Talking.” Oozing over iconic production from Monte, it doesn’t take long to fall in love with Ravyn’s warm vocals and stellar songwriting. The track is brought to life by A Zae Production, showing Ravyn alone as she details her experiences with mixed signals and miscommunication.

Ravyn Lenae Reconnects With Monte Booker For “Alive”

Earlier this year, Ravyn Lenae catapulted into the spotlight with the rerelease of her Moon Shoes EP. The Chicagoan singer-songwriter has since continued to develop the Zero Fatigue movement alongside Smino and producer Monte Booker, most recently with the release of “Alive.” Monte assembles a soothing bed of piano and synth melodies with an upbeat barrage of percussion, allowing Ravyn’s angelic voice to melt over with ease.
