The multidisciplinary artist known as Sunni Colon delivers a slice of divinity with each release. From the Kaytranada-produced “Little Things” and the sultry-as-ever “God Is A Woman” to his Thierry Disko EP from 2016, Sunni molds vibrant soundscapes with his silky voice. In addition to his film work, art installations, and creative agency Tetsu, he also shines behind the boards, often handling his own production and engineering.
Building upon the release of a few stellar singles, Sunni is back with his latest project titled Satin Psicodelic. The seven-track EP kicks off with “Technicolor,” a dreamy introduction that sets the tone. Sunni gleams throughout with elegance, confidence, and poise, especially on standout track “Strands of the Future.” Needless to say, with another truly ethereal experience on his resume, we’re excited to see what Sunni has planned for us as we enter the fourth quarter.
