Anik Khan Teams With Melo-X For “Cleopatra”

A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon Anik Khan‘s music during my routine SoundCloud digging. The first track I heard from the Queens artist was “Too Late Now,” his genre-bending anthem produced by Jarreau Vandal, hooking me to his addictive sound. Since then, Anik has held us down with “Renegade” and a collab with Innanet James titled “Flavour.”

“Cleopatra” stands as the latest tune from Anik, which he co-produced with fellow New York artist Melo-X. Backed by a sample from A.R. Rahman, Anik’s blend of singing and rapping details his search for a partner in crime. The duo combines their talents for an immersive track, wrapped with a nod to Craig David‘s “Fill Me In” on the bridge.
