Lido Hits A Three-peat With Trio Of New Tracks

The multitalented Lido has dropped off a few tracks from the archives. As “the first three songs [he] made while learning Ableton,” Lido delivers a wide scope of sounds with ease. The three tracks follow his wild visuals for “Crazy.”

The first of the triad recruits a stacked line-up of talent, including Heavy MellowSantell, and Brasstracks. The piano and brass-led groove complements Santell’s smooth vocal work, and draws inspiration from the viral Justin Bieber hit of the same name.

Flipping THEY.‘s Nü Religion track, Lido laces Dante and Drew’s vocals with thumping synths and crisp percussion. The sultry cut from Mind of a Genius, also home to artists including ZHU and Gallant, transforms into a festival anthem with its new facelift.

Finally, Lido’s reinterpretation of GoldLink‘s classic “Sober Thoughts” forgoes Kaytranada‘s iconic pads and synths in lieu of brass riffs and overall funky production. These three tracks showcase Lido’s versatility as an artist without jeopardizing his identity.
