Event Recap: Relive Pitchfork Music Festival 2016

This past weekend, I covered the 10+ year long running Pitchfork Music Festival. Pitchfork focuses primarily on artists and bands from alternative rock, rap & hip-hop, electronica, and dance music, although it has also included acts from hardcore punk, experimental/avant-garde rock and jazz in its lineups. With names like FKA Twigs, Mick Jenkins, and Jeremih, the festival definitely drew a crowd in Chicago’s Union Park, the home and prime location of Pitchfork.

I did not get the chance to catch as much sets as I’d like to but I definitely got to cover some of my favorites:
